Chaplain Program
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and challenges may arise when you least expect them. That’s why we’ve partnered with CCA to bring you the Chaplain Program—a confidential and compassionate resource available to support you every day of the year.

What Your Chaplain Can Do for You
Chaplains are here to care for you, both at work and beyond. They’re available 24/7/365 to offer support in a variety of ways, including:
-
Workplace Care: Chaplains visit the workplace and/or reach out by phone weekly to make brief personal connections with employees, fostering relationships and offering encouragement.
-
Life’s Challenges: Whether you're dealing with hospital stays, family or marriage difficulties, substance abuse, stress management, or interpersonal conflicts, your chaplain is ready to assist.
-
Crisis Support: Chaplains are certified to access emergency rooms, jail facilities, and accident scenes to provide care during critical moments.
-
End-of-Life Services: Your chaplain can also perform funeral services to help you and your family during difficult times.
Referral to Professional Counseling
While many chaplains hold degrees or licenses in counseling, their primary role is to provide care and connection. If professional counseling is what you need, your chaplain will help connect you with a counselor from Penn Valley Gas' insurance network or their trusted referral network.

Confidential and Caring
The Chaplain Program is here to be a source of support whenever you need it. No matter the situation, you can count on your chaplain to provide compassionate, confidential care in a way that fits your needs.

Take a moment to connect with your chaplain during their next workplace visit or reach out anytime—you’re never alone.

How to Access Support
You don’t have to wait for a visit to get the help you need. You can call your chaplain at any time for personal crisis support or just to talk through a challenging situation:
